Just wanted to drop you a note, to say thank you, for all your help at this most stressful time.

Can you also, please pass on my thanks, to Chris Elmes at DJH Ravcon, for all his efforts, as well, especially for Chris, instructing Phil and his excellent team, to complete the  high standard of work at my house, I can’t praise them enough. They were totally professional at their job, their time keeping was great, never once did I have to phone up chasing them, asking if they were coming today, they never once left early or went home without first tidying up. I was exceptionally pleased, that I NEVER once had to remind them , that my wife and grandchildren, were within hearing distance to them and to be careful what they said, excellent manners.

I was impressed, that for every problem ( and there was many ) that they encountered, Phil just resolved the problem, without hours of head scratching, hours of wasted time and more importantly, without endless hours of phone calls to Chris and yourself, to solve the problem for them, I’m sure it must be of great comfort , knowing you can allocate a job to a company and not get pestered every five minutes.

On an ending note, I would personally have absolutely no problem in highly recommending Chris, Phil and his team.

Once again, thank you Ken for all your help and for not giving up on us.

I am satisfied with DJH Ravcon because they were responsive and helpful. They were always available by phone and responded to emails promptly – the person knew the case. Simon turned up on time and was friendly, Steve who complete the painting of the front door was very friendly and work was well done.

We are more than happy with completed works. We are in the process of moving in this week so any problems I’ll let you know . We are really glad that you chose Vince and Ron to work at ours.. really nice guys, very helpful, friendly and great workmanship .. The wardrobes and sliding door.. they are amazing, we have had so many good comments on the finish of these and the rest of the house .

The work they did was very good, the finish is superb. the two work men were very accommodating and very polite and pleasant. I would definitely employ them again thank you.

DJH Ravcon made it effortless for me because . they came at a time I asked and were punctual.

I think DJH Ravcon is very good because the work looks superb.

Dear Tom

Please pass on my sincere thanks to Mike, Richard, Dan and Harry for making such a superb job of my cloakroom, utility, and kitchen floor. A special thanks to Michael who was here the longest, has a great work ethic, and never rested until he found the best solution. He is full of common sense and patience, and made a very neat job of the plumbing, carpentry, and tiling. Richard also worked like a trooper, on the floor, and each team member left everything clean and tidy. Donnelly’s did a great job on the vinyl also.

Thanks too for your project management. I always felt confident it would be a proper job.

I had DJ Ravcon contracted to complete a full strip out of my basement following previous works carried out by another Company that had failed to address the problem of water ingress to the basement satisfactory.

The work carried out by DJ Ravcon and their contractors was impressive. The strip out entailed removing the entire plaster and bitumen lining to my basement together with a full strip of all concrete floor screed and wall back to bare brick. A sump pit was cut into my foundation floor and a full pumped water management system fitted. The wall were re-tanked this tie with a cement based solution and the basement fully reinstated and house decorated where required. This was a job carried out within my home whilst I still lived in it.

To say DJH Ravcon went above and beyond as far as I am concerned would be an understatement. I could not have had a better company do the works required and all the trades employed by them carried out their roles in the same professional manner. A great Company. Thank you Dan and your team.
