Sorry that we missed one another last week, but I wanted to drop you a line now that the work has finished. There are no issues outstanding and, needless to say, we are very happy with the high quality of the reparation work undertaken by DJHravcon. Tommy and Harry did a great job with the painting and it was reassuring to see the level of care and expertise with which they carried out their work. I would be very grateful if you could pass on our thanks and appreciation to all of your team who worked on the house. From Joe arriving to assess the water damage and initiate the drying out process, to the final lick of paint, it’s been a real pleasure dealing with them all – they’ve all shown great professionalism, taking time to explain the process and their own personal schedule of works, offer advice when necessary and they’ve all been a pleasure to have in the house – always polite and friendly. It’s great to see young lads coming through too and I hope that all your apprentices appreciate how lucky they are to be under the guidance of seasoned professionals, who take pride in their work, but also know how to work with or alongside your clients. They’ve all been a real credit to DJHravcon.
Finally, thank you again for all your help and assistance throughout the last few months. I understand from talking to Tommy that you are juggling several works at one time, so I appreciate you keeping me up to date with the schedule and your protracted dealings with Sedgwick, even taking time to contact me during your annual leave and at weekends. I’m very grateful for all your professionalism and guidance on all matters – it’s made everything far easier to deal with.
So, much as I enjoyed chatting over a coffee with Tommy, it’s fantastic to have all the work completed before Christmas. I have also emailed Siobhan Tonner at Sedgwick to confirm that the work is finished and nothing is outstanding.
All the best and I hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing Xmas break,
