DEMOLITION OF LISTED FACTORY

A Victorian grade 2 listed factory in Kettering. A devastating fire took place at this beautiful building and we were called upon by Surveyors, Historic Building specialists, the Borough Council, Insurers and other stake holders. 

There were serious concerns over the structural stability of the front facade of the building plus the rear proportion that had an asbestos sheet roof covering a huge area. Experts concluded that the building needed to be demolished and cleared as quickly and safely as possible as local residents had been moved out of their homes and it posed a significant risk of collapse. 

 We mobilised within days then completed the demolition and cleared the site within 8 days.
