This well-known historic building within a conservation in Northampton had suffered from damaged caused by subsidence. The entire porch was carefully deconstructed, the original brick foundation was diamond drilled in order to allow the installation of a mini piling scheme. Whilst this was being done replacement ornate stonework was cut to replicate the original and then the entire porch was rebuilt reusing as much of the original detailing possible.

A Victorian grade 2 listed factory in Kettering. A 10,000 ft2 detached property in North London. The property suffered significant damage following an escape of water in August 2017. In December DJHravcon were awarded the contract for reinstatement.Works comprised a total strip-out and reinstatement of the basement, to include Lutron intelligent lighting, air conditioning, underfloor heating and clean air ventilation to gym, cinema, staff quarters, conference suite, plant room, guest suites and multiple bathrooms. Case Study 2

Commercial farm buildings in Northamptonshire. The property suffered extensive fire damage in February 2019. In March, DJHravcon were awarded the Demolition contract.Works commenced within 7 days of approval. This was a Non-licensed Notifiable Project involving total demolition of the buildings and disposal of hazardous material. The value of the works was £120,000, and works were completed within two weeks.

Case Study

A Grade 2 listed cottage in Buckinghamshire. The property suffered damage in a flash flood in May 2018. In December, DJHravcon were awarded the contract for reinstatement works.Works commenced in January 2019, and comprised a total reinstatement of the ground floor of the property, using materials appropriate to the property’s listed status. The total value of the work was £180,000. Works were completed in April 2019.
