Case Study 5

This well-known historic building within a conservation in Northampton had suffered from damaged caused by subsidence.

The entire porch was carefully deconstructed, the original brick foundation was diamond drilled in order to allow the installation of a mini piling scheme. Whilst this was being done replacement ornate stonework was cut to replicate the original and then the entire porch was rebuilt reusing as much of the original detailing possible.

Project duration from first enquiry to completion – 4 months – value approx. £120K
